1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Services

Yoohost offers:

• Website creation and design

• Web hosting on U.S.-based servers

• Ongoing maintenance and support

• SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing

• Custom analytics and performance tools

The specific services provided are outlined in your service agreement or project scope.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion

• Respond to communications in a timely manner

• Maintain responsibility for their content, including legality and copyrights

• Not use hosting services for any prohibited, illegal, or abusive activity

4. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid according to the agreed billing schedule.

• Late payments may result in suspension of service.

• Custom quotes, discounts, or promotional offers are subject to change and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of their original content and branding.

• Yoohost retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios or for promotional purposes.

• Code, plugins, or systems developed by Yoohost may remain the intellectual property of Yoohost unless explicitly transferred.

6. Hosting and Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime and take all reasonable measures to ensure server stability and performance.

• Maintenance may require scheduled downtime, which will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

• Clients are responsible for backing up their data unless a backup plan is purchased or included.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose proprietary data to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable.

• Yoohost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, including abuse of service or illegal content.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a service has not been initiated or delivered, and at Yoohost’s sole discretion.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.

10. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

• We collect only the information necessary to provide and support our services.

• Personal information (such as name, email, billing details) is kept secure and never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
